I don't condone the use of hard drugs but, isn't it time we quit ruining or hindering the futures of our citizins with non-violent drug charges? Drug abuse is a medical issue and should be dealt with as such. Imported hard drugs such as cocaine and heroin can be dealt with abroad and by strengthening our borders.
