Description: Most of this video documents a day I spent looking for an almost mythical 6 meter croc on the infamous Adelaide river in the Northern Territory. It goes for ages so if you want to see the big croc just skip directly to the end. It started out roughly edited but then I just couldn't be bothered and lumped the rest up as is. I know, laziness. Just watch however much you can tolerate and move on to a better video. :) If you actually make it to the end I might try and kit you out with some sort of medal. |

DrLemur ::: Favorites Not many have made it that far Norris. Well done. Irwin needs a replacement eventually but I don't think it'll be me. That dude was a madman. Crocs scare the crap out of me when I'm too close to em. lol 07-06-08 00:54:42 __________________________________________________

shanejensen ::: Favorites Wow, this was a good video. I watched the whole thing. That croc at the end was HUGE. I'm sure it looked much bigger in person and creepier. Good video, dude. 07-04-02 14:30:09 __________________________________________________
DrLemur ::: Favorites I loved the top end. Nothing like it anywhere huh :) I want to go back out there sometime. Thanks for the info on the monitor, I had no idea they had venom, and much less that it is a muscle relaxant. Interesting. :) 07-04-01 23:15:18 __________________________________________________
pfagan ::: Favorites Great to see people enjoying the Top End. I moved here many years ago and would never consider leaving. Just a comment on the monitor lizzard, they do bite and its been found that they have venom, but do not have hollow fangs so they do not inject the vemon. The secreted poison is a strong muscle relaxant and is being investigated as a medical tool for aiding surgery. 07-04-01 22:35:34 __________________________________________________
DrLemur ::: Favorites Yeah so many cool things here if you stick your neck out of the city once in a while anyway :) Brown snakes are nasty suckers. Ha, I can understand why he didn't let you handle one. What with the venom and the death and all... :) Cape York way is amazing huh. I'd like to go to Engloids one day. I've still never been. 07-03-14 16:26:38 __________________________________________________
