You guys should do what Greg Johnson did and take this to a higher court. And yes. I'm aware your type hates Greg Johnson.

So it's freedom of speech when the American flag is burned but when the Hezbollah flag is burned, it's hate speech?

FUCKING A' finally someone gets why having CRs in San Francisco is by and large a good thing. Can you send out a memo to everyone else?

Comment on your right of expression. That's everyone's right. If I can be extremely left, you can be right-wing. Diversity in points of view is what democracy is all about.

I guess... but it's not my place to comment. I don't support Hamas' or Hezbollah's methods... to me violence is NEVER the answer, NOR is it a justifiable response. BUT I don't support the government's method's either. We should not be in the Middle East - so I understand and agree with their anger and disapproval of a foreign power occupying them. NO MATTER WHAT internal affairs are STILL internal affairs.

I said it pretty clearly in the interview. Many on our campus openly support Hezbollah and Hamas. The way Hezbollah and Hamas express their discontent with America is by burning our flag. Since we can't light anything on fire on campus we decided to step on the flags instead. It was a political statement in protest of these organization's actions in the middle east.

It might have been seen as a sign of retalliation... not a sign of protest. What is your clear politcal message in burning another's flag? Just posing that question. Hey, don't get all defensive now, okay - this is a legitimate question.

Hey you know what... you got a point... what can I say? I am a leftist liberal. I am a socialist, but I'm not going to say that you have no right to your opinion. I just think that the burning of OUR flag is proper protest, protected by the constitution. It is symbolic speech. But what are you trying to say with burning the Hezballah flag? I think you should have made it more clear.

Yea that makes perfect sense; if someone is unhappy in their siutation, rather than try to effect change, they should just leave. *Note Sarcasm* I like SFSU, why should I have to leave just because a bunch of leftists don't like my politics?
