It sounds like she bet and was re-raised, and then made a scared call, fearing Gus had A2 or 67, but still hoping the K's were good (they weren't, because Gus had 2 pair, but no one can put him on 34 here). Then the K hit, but raising here would be committing at least 2/3 of her chips, which isn't wise when you think you may be beat.
