Kataku2k3  2007-09-27 23:43:33 Sony's slow motion works by bumping the frame rate up to 240 fields per second (basically 120 frames/sec). Standard record and playback is 60 fields/sec (30 frames/sec). This is why when the original high speed 3 second burst is replayed, it now lasts 4 times longer (12 seconds). And as far as being "black", because your camera's shutter is working 4 times as fast, it's harder for the sensor to get light. And it will take more light to get a nice, clear picture. __________________________________________________
LUKAvac  2007-08-09 15:17:20 i bought a HC7 ,2 days ago..and i try a slow motion filming is it limited on 12sec only ? and a picture is kinda black ? and too, im confused about hov dose it work...because of those 3 sec timin set? so i hope u can help me. thx __________________________________________________
