Get into it! Truth is Ashanti is the better ARTIST (not singer). Beyonce is a doll to be dress. Her team gives her ideas & she runs w/ it. Shes a hell of a performer but an inspiration or something new? No. She is only as good as the writer & choreographer behind her. Dull personality, shows no emotion, boring interviews, steals...excuse me...PAYS HOMAGE to EVERYONE. Grow up. Take the good w/ the bad w/ the artist u praising but don't sit here acting like beyonce is the QUEEN bc she lacks the solo sales 2 back that up. Why do you think she hasn't taken a break? B/c she knows if she does, she IS going to be replaced. People are tired of seeing her. Ashanti didn't come from a successful girl group (bringing alone core fans that had been established for 6 years) when she decided to go solo. She was "that girl in fat joe/ja rule" video. She went from hook girl to headliner in a week bc irv gotti didnt sign her until foolish hit number one. So don't sit there acting like her success is a fluke bc if it was, she'd be gone like the rest of those rnb one sorta kinda hit wonders. She writes all her stuff, has a beautiful singing voice, and a beautiful personality to match. And breaking 4 world records in a year being virtually unknown is not bad for a rookie. Not bad @ all :)

She's not belting she screaming.Belting sounds more natural its effortlessly Ashanti looks and sounds like she is taking a dump. She sounds better in her lower register. Beyonce don't have ish to worry about regarding Ashanti, and I don't even like Beyonce like that. But to say Beyonce needs to be aware of Ashanti is really pushing it. Ashanti has light years to make up before she can even walk in the same lane as Beyonce, and thats REAL TALK.
